I just transferred my discus to 125 gallon tank. They were doing great and the 75 gallon. And when I first put them in the 125 they swam around a lot. But now they kind of hide a lot. After the first day of being in the 125, I have added more neon tetras and other tetras because well, it is a 50 gallon larger tank. I have eight juvenile discus. All my water perimeters are great. I just can’t figure out why the first day they were in the 125 they were swimming around and now they’re hiding. Maybe the additional fish? But I thought the additional fish would help be a dither fish. And make the discus feel more comfortable with more fish. Or do you think just give it time?
