Discus sick and breathing heavy

Hi am new to duscus fish last month I bought new 3 discus fish one of them today stay at bottom of tank and breathe very heavy my tank is 200 L ammonia zero nitrate zero temp 29 i need help plz of diagnostic any sumptuous of illness
