Ive tried everything I can think of and nothing works

Hello,

I have been struggling with some sort of bacteria or parasite and although now only effecting blue acaras and angelfish I am concerned it will spread to my discus.

Below is what I have tried this far with no improvement.

The disease is not going away and now I see on two angelfish. This time caught it much sooner. Hope that will make it easier to cure. I have attached a video which may help identifying. This all started about 2 months ago with my blue acara’s. I lost one and looks like I will lose another. First let me list what I have tried without success. I change 50% water every week, nitrates barely register.

1) salt up to and including a very high concentration for baths and dips.
2) Tetracycline
3) erythromycin
4) ich-x
5) doxycycline
6) methelyene blue
7) malachite green

Lastly, a combination of Metro and Praziquintal for the last 4 days and again no improvement.

I have attached a fairly clear picture in hope of someone being able to identify.

All with no luck. No that it’s spreading and I have no cure I’m getting worried. Any advice?
