Hi Illusn, I got them from Aquaristic. They are bred by local Sydney breeder. His user name is Australian Angelfish on other forums, YouTube and Angelfish Melbourne group on Facebook. Parents are wild caught and have full line solid redback colour. Aquaristic still have some left when I went there last week.

Thanks Matt. You are so right i saw quite a few Tony Tan F1 redback in the market but they hard have any red colour. I think my redbacks parents must have good genes because majority of the siblings have some sort of red, some have more than the others and i am lucky that i picked the good ones. When i first bought them there was no red at all so it was very much a lucky dip.

Couple of update photos of my two F1 red backs. They are maturing now and looks like they are a pair. I am just amazed how stunning their colour turns out to be.
Can anyone sex them?
