Hobbist here, but critique please

These two are about 14 months old (if what my seller told me is correct when I got them as juvies), and I got them at six months. I'm thinking about getting another school of juvies, but I wanna know how these guys are so I have a baseline to compare new purchases. One of the links below has a centimeter ruler at the bottom (Marsha left) so that you can get an idea of their size too, if that helps.

I'm just a hobbiest, but I do want the full critique of what you all think. Thank you in advance for all of your helpful comments.

To say u have some nice looking fish,
The first fish photo looks like a red spotted green,
Maybe cross with something , 2nd photo also looks like a cross
Again maybe red/blue snake skin
That would be my guess .. Good luck

Can you venture a gender on the two? Or, anything more detailed?

I think I have two males or two females, but can't tell (they don't mate, although it may be because I suck at keeping discus, although my Pigeon-Blood Marlons I had mated before, although Marlons are pretty easy to mate).

Your comments are much appreciated, and I am really desiring more critiques. I added that I'm a hobbyist only because I thought I'd get too many harsh reviews, but I'm not getting much at all. Again, thanks humbly in advance.

Hello? Is anybody out there? Is there anyone at home? I'll need some information first. Just some basic facts.

Mate all I can say is they are certainly fish to be proud of. I have no idea of how/what to critique.

Does seem really quiet around here lately.
