What sort of food do u feed your catfish?

I am looking for food to catfish which doesn't pollute water? Any suggestion? Thanks!!

hikari alga and hikari sinking wafers are good.

i use both as supliments to zeuchunni and a home made catfish mix.

both the zeuchini and home made mix will foul the water if left in for too long or over fed

some people may hate me for this, but i have been feeding my catfish with tetra colour for years! i presoak it in a container with water before i throw it in so it sinks straight to the bottom for the little guys haha
