Adding a "Before you ask a question check here" st

Hi all

I really like this forum and read it daily but one thing that's been making the forum a bit boring for me recently is the amount of duplicated questions about:

how many discus can i have in a tank of x size
my discus has white poo
fish not eating what should I do
should i adjust my ph
and there is probably a couple more

Some other forums have a sticky saying something like "Before you post a question check here first" that then contains a couple of links to threads that talk about those most commonly asked questions. Do people thing it would be a good idea to have something like that on some of our subforums?
I think the General Discus Questions, Discus Keeping and Illness/Medications could benefit from it.

Yes I think it would be a good idea, would also help administrators and moderators from having to answer so many questions
