I would like to add about 6 apisto breeding tanks to my fishroom. Could anyone please advise their experiences in regards to most suitable tank size for various apistos. I would like to keep with a standard size as it obviously makes things easier with regards to medicating etc.
Cheers,
David.

Have found 20inch to be a good size in general, but a 1ft cube is okay (and probably minimal). Anything smaller can still work, but might be difficult to maintain.
For breeding (in my situation), bare tank with sponge filter plus a drift wood if you prefers. Some peat is a must for certain species.
