Not sure why you want to add salt in every water change. There is no need for that. In fact, discus don't like salt. You only need add salt as a tonic when there is something wrong.
BTW, you will need some space for them in the future. 15 discus in a 100g tank will be too much when the grow up.

I was planning to ask this question, in our country, our expert advised us to add 1tbsp rock salt in every 5 gallon. so far no harm done to our discus. their explanation....... can neutralize chlorine, can prevent diseases etc.

I'm not aware about adding salt can neutralize chlorine. I don't think it is true.
There are many de-chlo products out there and you should use them to do the job. I use Prime all the time and it does a great job.

Ok, i will consider your suggestion, try out for 1 week without adding salt. Thanks.
another question, i do water change everyday, replace water directly from faucet. some said i should use aged water, others said its ok using raw water provided not more that 50% water change. i have 100gallon tank, of couse, i prefer raw water, because i dont have extra tank to age water. does it do harm to my discus.

If your water has chlorine in it, you should either use de-chlro products or age and air the chlorine out. Otherwise, the chlorine will kill your fish quickly.
I don't age my water and I sometimes do 80% of water change. As long as the ph and temp are matched, I don't see any problems. Do make sure you take the chlorine out.

Thanks. i think i can use de-chlro products. thats my only option.
how do you give de-chlro? water 1st follow by meds or vice versa?

I use a container to mix it before adding to the tank. Some people add water in first, then de-chlo in the tank. I guess as long as you don't change over 40%, that maybe ok. One more thing, you have to use the dosage of whole tank water, not just the new added water.
