Hi All,

I managed to find some time on the weekend to take pics of my tank. Hope you guys enjoy it.

The holes in the lotus are from the pleco. Going to move it when the new tank comes.

Here are the specs:
4x2x2 with sump and AquaOne 1200 canister filter
Aquaone MG1200 Metal Halide (had 3x2 T8 prior) just love the shimmering effect the light provides.
CO2 (BOC Size D Cylinder) 24/7
Plain aquarium gravel with laterite
Dupla substrate heating cable
Fertilized with Flourish/Iron, KNO3, KSO4, MgSO4, Fleet enema (if needed)
Fortnightly 50% water change

WOW. jaw dropper. what a nice tank. What discus in the last photo. very freaking nice. Love the blue and red constrast. :oops: I'm new...heheheh

I was going to ask you if you thought the heating cables under the substrate made any difference ??? DOH

Looks like they're doing an awsome job :shock:

Tank looks wonderful, and so do the fish. :P

I think its a blue turquoise.

I think so. This is my first planted tank so I dont have anything to compare. But the gravel does feel warm when u stick your fingers all the way down.

nice tank and very nice lotus u have there.
