MELBOURNE CBD

Hi all, i will be in melbourne cbd for a few hours during the day tomorrow and i need to entertain myself for a while because my mate now has to work the day.

can anyone please suggest some good lfs in the melbourne cbd????

i will be on foot so close to the cbd is best

Hiya Matt,

Mate, if you have a couple of hours spare and enough money for a tram ticket ... I would highly recommend checking out Subscape Aquarium in Richmond (not far from CBD at all).

They have a True Altum display that will blow ya mind and a usually have a great display of discus, cats, geo's and angels for sale. Easily one of the best Aqaurium in Melb IMO and would be only 15mins on a tram from the center of town. Here's the adress -

While your in Victoria St and feel a little peckish, grab some of Melbourne's best roast duck or pork from Pacific House, same side as Subscape, but about 500m back towards town ... you won't regret either of the two.

Subscape is definately a wonderful place to visit. Huge range of fish, but unfortunately the altum display has gone. Seems they had a few problems.

there is subscape mate
Newlife wchich is just down the road from justin at subscape 5mins walk
not to mention coburg which is on bell st coburg or rayonne plenty rd preston
rayonne and coburg are about 20 mins form the city
if i have time mate i might come grab you and do the tour with you

only a few days. heading to venus bay with a friend friday arvo and getting back monday morning and flying straight back to sydney
