sick discus?

I am new to discus. have a new red melon that joined us yesterday. The white part of her face around her mouth has developed some black/gray marks taht are hair thin but run all the way up her head. She was very pale when she arrived due to shipping stress but has regained color. Is this perhaps a disease or is this normal coloration and I didn't see it yesterday since she had lost color. Looks fungal to me. Thank you.

thats sounds like peppering, all pigeon blood discus have it. most red melons have a bit around the face. nothing to worry about
