I found this about a week ago and he has doubled in size...

aaah the wonders of live rock. lovely colour, a ton of critters in that stuff
i just hope mantis havent hitched a ride hehe,,, i guess you will know in due course if your fish go missing .

What about those long worm things? Are they any danger?
A mate has found one in his tank but thinks it is cool but I've heard they can do some sort of damage.

hahaha mantis shrimp... yeah they are a pest some say... I kept one in a small tank for a bit. Interesting creatures and very colourful! also very powerful with the whole "smash" the crap out of anything that comes near it attitude!
but it died :( cos someone im not naming names put soap powder near the tank and dust fell in.

hehe yeh he is a cutie.. havent seen him lately, but he comes and goes from time to time and is a very cute little thing.
