I am looking at the Akva Stavil tanks at Coburg again however just saw a Rena 500 litre from a UK post on our forum

I am looking for a high quality tank with integrated stand, low line aluminium canopy etc...no longer than 1600 mm

Anybody know of Melb aquariums that may have RENA aquariums.

I know your've got Akva Stavil...Did you happen to buy the option of dimmable T5 and if so does the ballast have a part number & manufacturer. I wanted dimmable ballast however NOT the controller that comes with the tank. So I do not really want to pay 250 extra just for a ballast and not use the controller.

I plan on using my own controller which should work on all dimmable ballasts
