What you can make is a mix than contains no BH.
I make one that is %90 seafood.
Prawns, scallops and white fish meat.
Fish love it!

But more expensive tho...
I also tried, like Ben, make a seafood mix, I also added salmon into the mix.
Good luck.

Doesn't seafood becuase of all the pigments etc bring out the colours in the fish?

there's always someone around to complicate things. discus need meat, you could feed them caesar salad but its not entirely necessary.

jajaja, no hindu discus here, lol.
just, i don't like how bh smells :fluff and last time i tried to make the mix, it was maybe difficult to clean due to fat and veins.
btw thanx guys for your replies, nice to see answers no matter how simple a question could look.

If you don't like trimming it and you get on well with your Butcher, as him if he will trim it for you - they usually will.
Trimming it doesn't worry me - my dogs and cats hang around waiting for any little tidbits   .
