Oh dear.
I thought I could see them fanning their fins and cleaning my sword plants.
Just got home after a week at work, and there are eggs, some are brown sacks, some of them are like, white shiney looking, with the fish paying very close attention.
The whiptail is up on the glass behind the swords, but everything else seems to be staying away...
So, as it seems, I have some eggs fertilized on the underside of the sword, can see a tiny little fin, they look like little tadpoles.
Don't know if maybe the other eggs are another spawn?
A little excited, but don't have to time to setup the othertank, unless I take it to my girlfriends place and tend the babies there.
Tank is 40G planted community.. discus, bristlenose, pleco, royal whiptail, corys, and a few assorted tetras[9 in total]
I have also notices that my plecos tail is looking a little shabby, and his dorsal fin... would it be posibile that the parents are nipping at him to keep him away?
thanx.
Will keep you posted.
