first i started off with the DIY gravel vac method
and it's not bad for DIY yeast sugar mix.
but then got pressurissed so made a DIY inline type that u run inline with the outlet of the cannister filter and i was getting very good infusion, but it split so i got the dupla 400 reactor
http://www.dupla.com.au/pages/co2.htm
for me it was next to hopeless :( had to run approx 3 times the amount of C02 to get the same ppm as the inline one.
so made another inline one, but then got a uv sterilizer so got rid of the inline one and thought id'e try the aqua medic reactor M

it's a great all in one unit and i get very good
infusion, the only thing i dont like about it is it's a bit bulky but other than that it's great :)
another good one is the aqua medic inline one, but it's just really a glorified DIY model :)

hope it helps.....

Guy German made products and you will always get what you pay for. ie, QUALITY. No 2 over No 1. Leave the no 3 alone, it is waqy overpriced like the rest of the ADA product range.

As you know I always go DIY in preference to shelling out the big bucks.
My latest is the reactor built along the lines of one of the posts on another section..ie a small powerhead connected to a small gravel Vac that pumps the water through a piece of black poly pipe at gravel level...so far seems to work well and cost me about $30 each all up for a 4' and a 5' tank.

theres this one
http://www.aquaticscape.com/articles/co2reactor.htm
or this one
http://www.rexgrigg.com/diy-reactor.htm
them two links should give u an idea, theres heaps of similar versions around. u can get all parts at some where like Mitre 10/bunnings/plumbing shops
i made mine about 60cm long but u can make it as long as u want, cost me about $25 in parts and they work very well.
this is also a good read if u dont already know about it

i do like the pollen ones, but no way i'm paying $250..
