u guys are just so funny... ha ha
That is the image resizing thingie (when you resize a pic with XP Powertoys it says Small Medium or Large if you dont want to change the original file).
That piece is around $450
I stress that it is huge, and wouldnt be easy to get into any normal sized tank.

awww o well anyways u can always build the tank around the wood if all else fails 8-)
Imagine that in ur tank proteus would look awersome very amzon looking 8-)
If i was to ever put together a large display tank i would most likely go 10'x3'x3' and use something like that but i don't think i'll ever be allowed

Rebecca,
Its seems to appear some of the large pieces of driftwood are smaller pieces placed together? :ug
I have no problem with this, but may i ask if they are, are they firmly put together? If so how ... ? :P
Cheers,
Sam

In actual fact all the large pieces are just that, large pieces (as in 1 piece).
And they are big.

Ahhh correct me if i'm wrong (and i may very well be), but the Mopani is a South African (probably also middle African) tree that is not a Mangrove variety...
BTW - Lovely wood. You can definitely see the value behind the pieces. I'd challenge anyone to try and find ood like that on a tree any time soon. Wish i lived closer. I could justify (to wife) cost of purchase on the big stuff, but probably not the freight ontop .

You are actually correct, being that Mopani is native to the African continent, but it is also prevalent in Sth America and Asia (mainly the tropical regions.)
Just like the Gum tree is an Aussie native, you will find millions of them on the West coast of the United States.

Hi Rebecca,
Just wondering if you have some of the large pieces left ? pic's 5244, 5246, 5249 look like they would be suitable for a 76cm high tank. If not when are you getting some more of the large ($120) pieces in ?
Thanks

Hi,
You had me looking everywhere for numbers 5244 etc, they are actually 5344 etc! Lol, was losing it for a second there!! :? All the ones you have asked about are $360 and up, and are very tall and wide peices. The are close to 4ft tall, some are nearly 3ft wide. There are no $120 ones available atm, heaps of the medium ones though, $59.95. New large ones will be in on a container in the next 2-3 weeks or so.
Cheers

oops sorry, yes I had those numbers wrong. Thanks, for clarying the sizes. I think the medium $120 pieces are what I need. I am hoping they are around 60cm's high. I'll have to wait till you get these in again.
