This morning when I left for work my 3 day old fry was there but now that I came back I only found one of maybe one hundred

check water parameters?? sometimes the slightest change kills them
maybe the parents ate them??
have you checked on the parents backs

do you still have the cone in there ? if you do check inside it. if not i think the parents ate them up, its not uncommon.
