hi guys have a problem with discus eating my plants is this normal and how many times should i feed a planted discus tank cheers matt :D

LOL I have never had a problem with discus eating plants maybe a nibble but nothing to worry about.. if there just nibbling i wouldn't worry but if there tearing the tank apart like what a silver dollar would be umm not sure..

How old are the discus if there still young as amny feeds a day as possible 1 in morning 1 in arvo and 1 at night that would be ok. If there adults 1 or 2 feeds a day is fine.

I hope you didn't mean how much should i be feeding my planted tank. That's a different story..

ive never heard of discus destroying plants an really getting into em, but mine hav had a little nibble but only on occasion.

as mulisha said if they are juvies then id be goin 3-4 feeds a day an if they are adults id definitely be goin at least 2 feeds in the mornin then at night
