IMO, not the best choice of fish for a planted tank..... Pigeon bloods, they're just going to pepper up.

if I get some good news from my good old mate up on that sunny stretch of sand up North, WE will have a tank to set something up like that on...
almost a year ago I had a section on MollyMan.com which was dedicated to projects, for instance, I would purchase a specific tank, and EVERYTHING, right down to the gravel and equipment used was decided by polls, and suggestions online.
Well, I am going to do it again, but this time on a scale unlike what anyone has done before (i.e. - I supply the tank and the $$$, you decide how it goes together) the only condition is, I set the theme, and have the final say in any decision (I aint sending myself broke over someone saying... hey yeah, 10 E-heims will filter that baby... :shock: )
so, if or when I find out I can get the plants I need, I am thinking at least a 180 to 220g (700L - 850L) tank may be fair game for this.
Bet that gets ya thinking...
