anorexic discus...help needed!!

I have a discus which is a lot smaller than the other three that I bought at the same time. They have been kept in a 280 L size tank in the last year. The other 3 discus are perfectly fine and eating like a horse.

I have the feeling that this smaller discus has got bullied by the other three. Its colour has turned darker than the others. I have tried to increase the amount of feeding and hoping that this discus will get its share.

Is my discus sick? Is there anything I can do?

Provide a picture if possible...

Also - try feeding simultaneously at both ends of the tank (see if that works).
