WTB: Cheap light - no tubes is okay :)

Hi,

Looking for 2 ft and / or 3 ft light...
I have lots and lots of tubes.. so if the lights have no tubes, it's fine.. :)

Preferably looking for cheap or free light..
can swap with fish (rusty, tanzania, silver shark, salmon cats, golden rivulatas)... :D

Location: Melbourne CBD but willing to travel to suburbs even as far as Belgrave! 8-)
