They are more slender than the "tapajos" variety, also the red isnt as pronounced in them!

Thanks for the info Aquatictrader.
I have seen the parents to these and they are truly stunning fish. Alot of colour in the body and only the dominant male had a really red head. Very different to the pics of adult Tapajos I have seen. I actually thought they looked less slender (higher body) than the Tapajos :?: :?:
It would be nice to see some good side by side shots of adult fish.

Just an update on these guys, they've swapped hands now and are happily in a tank dedicated for them.

That female's tube was down a few days later, but I don't think there are any mature partners in the tank yet.
