Hi Peoples,
I have bought my own commercial Mincer.
The BH mix I make can be done in large quantities.
I would like to see if there is any interest for people buying it?
I will be able to send it frozen via express anywhere in Australia.
The quality of the ingredients is of the highest quality and is all for human consumption, even the Beef heart it self! No sub standard food will be used.
The price will be determined soon; will look at making it in a slab style sheet and in 1-kilo lots.

Hey All,
I have fed Ben's BH in the past and can confidently say it's easily the BH mix around. The ingredients are all top shelf and Ben puts such passion into the process, kinda like watching Jamie Oliver :P
I can highly recommend UBBH ... Uncle Benny's Beef Heart ! Well worth getting IMO.
Cheers,
Dee :D

Hi Ben,
I'd be interested in some depending on the likelihood of getting it to our local Airporrt without it defrosting.
My fish are presently eating some that I made up following Merrilyn's recipe but if I could find some readymade I would be rapt as due to the rotten problems with my bones and the fact that I don't ever know when I am likely to break one, I find it really exhausting to mix it up. Hurts like hell when you are trying to get over a break and you've got a bucket to mix up :banghead .
Let us know the Prices when you get the time.,
Regards,
Marg.

Ben your beefheart is the best.
I still have a little left but you can always count on me wanting some.
I've seen Ben make beefheart mix and the stuff that goes into it is as he says top quality. He even goes to the trouble of ordering the hearts and picking them up first thing in the morning so they are as fresh as can be.

I will be using these ingreints for my beef heart.
Lean beef heart %60
tiger prawns %20
scallops with roe on %10
purreed baby spinach
spirulina powder
calcium lactate
wheat germ
lecithin powder (all aprox %10)
I have done the maths and will make this mix into 1-kilo lots.
Each 1 kilo will cost $45-
I could make and sell it for less than $20 per kilo but I would have to take short cuts and would use lesser quality ingredients.
I can honestly say that this beef heart mix I will be making will be fit for human consumption!
Sending interstate will be an extra $12- as I will be sending express with frozen pads.
I would like to hear again from those that expressed interest.
