wtb.reusable fine filter matting

hello i am after fine filter matting to be used as a prefilter on a trickle filter system.it has to be reusable and of good quality.i currently use the white matting but it only can be rinced a couple of times before it falls apart.any imfo would be fantastic.lawrence

I dont think you will find a fine filter matting which will last more than a few cleans.

On the other hand, a coarser option is biomat (koimat) however it doesnt do the job of filter wool.

I use a commercial matting which lasts me approx 1 month and then I just throw it out and replace it. I buy it in a 20m x 1.8m roll (it is about 3cm thick).

I buy it by the roll from Xtreme

(lasts me 6-9 months at least)
