I am writing complaint about the level of service provided by APW.
I placed an order for some terrifically priced items from the APW catalogue at roughly 12:30pm yesterday afternoon. I was under the belief that it would take a few days for my purchases to arrive.
This morning I was rudely awoken by a delivery man complete with box full of goodies from APW.
If this letter was serious I'd be annoyed about being woken up. It's not serious and I couldn't care less!
You guys are doing an absolute bang up job! Keep up the great prices and extremely quick service. Thanks again APW
The actor in this last post has not recieved any monetary reward for this statement but would really like one

Thanks for the kind words Robdog, although at first I thought something had gone wrong (in the future we will ask that the courier arrive even earlier - only kidding).
On another note, we have just received new stocks of TFH magazines.
We have Feb, Mar, Apr & May 2006 editions available and ready to go, June and July editions should be arriving soon.
The pricing has also changed, reduced from $7.50 to $6.50 (plus, if you only order TFH magazines shipping will be reduced from $9.00 to $4.50, this will be done after the order is placed by APW staff)

Guys,
Can you tell me the difference between Seachem Prime and Pond Prime. They appear to be for the same use but different usage rates. Is the Pond Prime just a stronger mix or is there a reason i could not use it in my tanks??
Also can you confirm the prices for the 2L and 4L for each product.
Thanks guys and keep up the great work

Peter, this may help...
It was posted in the Seachem Special thread.
Q: What is the difference between Pond Prime and Prime? Do I have to buy both for my aquarium and pond? Can I use either product?
A: The products are essentially the same. However, the instructions are different. Given that most ponds are more of an open system compared to a typical aquarium, chlorine tends to gas off more readily in a pond in effect therefore having to use less Prime.
APW
Mon Jun 19, 2006, 11:43 PM
Prime 2L = $105.95 (works out to be $52.97 per litre)
Prime 4L = $189.95 ($47.48 per litre)
Prime 20L = $744.95 ($37.24 per litre)
Pond Prime 2L = $109.95
Pond Prime 4L = $199.95
(for those curious about the price difference, the regular Prime is produced and packaged in far greater numbers, hence the slightly lower price, in effect, you could use the regular Prime in a pond, just half the dosage (for an existing cycled pond only))

So does that mean i could not buy the pond prime and use ut in my aquarium at the specified rate??? Would it not be strong enough????

Just a reminder, the Seachem & Hikari specials finish tomorrow night.
For those that have not received individual emails, some of the larger sized Seachem products should be arriving on Monday/Tuesday next week and will be sent then (as per the previous message regarding a possible 10 day delay for special order items).
