newbie wit new discus in community tank

i just purchased two discus to add to my my community tank they seem too stay in one corner one always wonder around but reverts back to his commarade what should i do

How long have you had them?

I've always found newly added discus will do this for a while (few days), or until they become comfortable - this just depends on size of tank, what other tankmates, etc.

Just make sure to try and get some food to them, to help them settle in more - shouldn't be hard if they're always in the one spot.

yea ive found the same thing, just give them a few days an theyll settle in an start movin round the tank in around a week, also if u can try to reduce the ammount of people walking past the tank or loud things like vaccuming which will the scare them (once they settle in theyl be fine with people around an loud things).

just keep an eye on them and keep everyone on the forum updated as there might be an illness an in that case people here will definitely be able to help you out.
