Red Rose Breeding pair finally have it right :)

I obtained a breeding pair of red rose from Lady Red, there first 2 spawns they did not look to eager to look after the fry when free swimming.But....

The lucky 3 rd time they laid they did it spot on :)

I have about 150-200 2to 3 day old free swimming fry on the parents atm.
Very large spawn.Its such a pleasure for me to whatch em :)

Big thankyou Lady Red for a great breeding pair, i am so happy i am lost for words :)

marlb red and red melon pair are doing well, i had a good spawn of them but ummmm..... lets say i did not pay to much attention to them and the fry passed away :( yes its very sad,they where showing very nice colours .dam i am still sad about it.I put them back together again 3 days ago, waiting to see what happens.

5 days old free swimming now and they look stunning!

Ladyred they are fantastic parents, the dad seems to have most on him at most times.

Another 3 days and i will start doing the odd spray of frozen baby brine shrimp on the young to get them used to it.

Will be looking to remove them from parents at 14 days old.

I took some pics... but only prob is the paprents are so so dark you are hard pushed to see the fry on them lol.(only on the pics) see them well with my eyes :)

I will wait till the fry are abit bigger then post pics.
