Freeze Dried Tubifex Worms

Just wanted to know if the freeze dried worms are ok to feed my discus with. I understand that the live ones are a bit of a problem but i was hoping that the freeze dried ones are ok.

They will be fine to feed Peter.

Although, there is not a high nutritional value with FD tubifex.

This is just to vary diet they get bh and tetra bits and live blackworms as well all in moderation.

it has the same nutritional value as carboard IMO.
