OAFI probably the best in melbourne but there is better quality interstate.

What about Charlie Micallef, he breeds discus professionally in Victoria. Not sure if he sells direct to the public or not, maybe. If you want his contact send me a pm and i'll give you his details. I've never seen his discus so cannot vouch for quality etc, but i've known him for a few years and he is a devoted discus man.
