If ever you go to Hong Kong, as an avid fish keeping hobbyist you should NEVER NEVER miss going to the famous "Tung Choi" street.

This shop is on the 3rd floor and is an South American Dwarf cichlid specialist. 90% of their fish are Apistogramma.

I love that place!!
Kinda hard to find if you dont know your way in HK but once you're in that street you can't mistaken it for somewhere else.
Kev, did you go into Guangzhoou china and check out the Aqua hobby Market there??
Very worthy of a visit. Its like paddy's market for aqua hobbyists.
You can baby apapaima's in Bags!!!

make sure you dont go there in the morning. my 1st visit was around midday and half of the shops were closed!!!

kev, do you know any shop specialising in exotic L number?

There's a fair few on the main Tung Choi Street. Mostly Columbian and Peruvian L numbers this time of year with some large Brazilian imports still left over.

Lnumber catfish seem to be more popular in China now rather than HK.

didnt visit the fish market in guangzhou when i was there thinking hk would be better.

Wah! Havent been to them for a year or so! They are great pics kev, I loved there marine prices...so CHEAP!
