hey there,
a friend and i were discussing the other day about water changes,
we both had 4ft tanks at the time.....
i was telling him that i have purchased a 6ft tank so i can finally get discus
and i was telling him how important water changes are for discus to be healthly........
he told me that the whole time he had a community tank he probably changed the water once...and he swears none of his fish ever died.
how is this possible????
i know we change water to reduce polutants and keep the water fresh for the fish but are there any other main reasons we do it???
im not a know all,i just need to explain it to my friend hehe
so it sounds like i semi know what im talking about lol
thanks guys
