fert tabs: do u use an what type?

I use Flourish tabs. I was given swords from RK and since going away and coming back they were in a really bad state, but since using Flourish tabs they are coming alive again and doing well.

I use Sera Florenette A.

Just half a tablet for medium to large plants and a 1/4 for the little ones, every 2-3 months..Swords Crypts Lotus. Only the root feeders. None under the stem plants...
