WTB:UV tubes replacement

Hi guys, Im currently using an Aquapro 18wUV that I bought from Ben from Age of Aquariums.
Its been more than a year now and I need a replacement. Does anyone know what tube I need and where I can buy it from?

The question is, are they Philips tubes?

(bear in mind, the cheaper product only has a tested lifespan of 6-9 months where the Philips should last you at least 9-12 months)
