What are the best vegies to put into a vegie /prawn / shrimp / beefheart mix

I always like to put fresh spinach in my Beef heart Mix.
But I always use baby spinach and not the larger English spinach. I find the latter is more fibrous and they seem to pick around it. Whilst baby spinach can be blended into the BH mix more smoothly. These days Coles and Safeway supermarkets sell baby spinach by the Kilo.

Not sure you want to call it a vegetable but I also add spirulina into my mix. Natures wonder food!

I have heard and seen all sorts of strange things put into a BH mix and banana was up there!

i also use baby spinach....steamed first to make it a little softer...and spirulina, in powder or tablet format
