looking bad

Hi I have a discus that will come for the food, but when he gets some food. he spites it out or be do’s not get any food at all. He is the runt of all the discus I have.. He is slowly looking like a skeleton. All the other fish are doing great.
Can someone help????????

he might be getting bullied by the other fish? i know that sometimes when discus get gill flukes they will eat but spit the food back out however youd want to get more evidence before you treat for that.

He do's not get bullied, he just stayes at the back of the tank, and the other fish leave hime alone
