Open wound on head

Hi all - Can you please diagnose this fish, look at the fins and the open red wound on the head. Cheers Everyone

What other Fish are in the Tank? It looks like it has been in a fight (fins) and has possibly darted into something (head and gill).

That's my thoughts anyway.,

hi mate is the wound getting any bigger or is it staying the some? i would also advice to start doseing your tank with salt this will help with the opened wound and the fin rot could u please post your ph, etc for us

Thanks guys I do have an aggressive discus in the tank and this one does get bullied, my pH is 7.2. Cheers Guys.

hi mate having a look at the photos IMO I think its more then your fish being bullied can you give us your water test results please

Yeah my water parameters are pH 7.2, Nitrite 0, nitrate 10

Mind you I have another discus which is at its prime in the same tank. Cheers.
