Which strain should i choose?

I am after my final 2 discus for my tank and cant decide between the following strains (hiping you guys can help) ;

Hey Anthony,
All nice fish mate, just depends on what you already have and what colours you are wanting in your tank ( if you are wanting to brigthen it up etc) I do like the White Dragons, but hey thats just me, have a thing for Dragons. Im glad its you trying to make the decision as i wld be sitting there for hours mulling it over.

Well i dont know if i will be getting them now :cry: ! Just took sime water to LFS (as my test kit is out of date - got a new 1 while i was there) and the ammonia was 0, nitrite was 0 but nitrate was pretty high (couldnt tell exactly as bloke chucked water before i could view result and wont be able to test until wednesday as my discus are located at my parents house - 40 miles away :x ). So hopefully can get some views on my stocking levels;

400 litre juwel rio 400 tank
Eheim 2018 pro 2 external filter
Eheim 2329 pro wet dry thermo external filter
TMC vecton uv sterilzor

W / C 2 x 50 litre a week with RO water / tap water mix

Stock;

6 x 5 - 6" discus
3 x cory julii
2 x apisto agassizi
30 x cardinal tetras
2 x ram cichlids

I hope to add 2 x 6" discus and 2 x golden nugget plecs - is this stocking level acceptable?

I've got both Turks and Dragons from Chris at Plymouth discus, all are stunning looking although the Turks are maturing really nicely... pic attached

In a 400l tank with decent filtration and water changes I would say you are fairly comfortably stocked with the two you are adding, rule of thumb is 10 gallons per adult discus slightly higher stocking with more water changes and extra filtration.... just my two penneth.
