Auto Top-Off

Im in need of one of these! Any one have any recommendations or an EASY way to DIY one of these?

Well, depends if it has to look pretty I guess.

You could have your top-off water container above your aquarium, then:

One tube from the bottom of the container to let water into the tank.

One tube from desired water level to the top of the container to let air in.

Assuming the container and its tube entries are sealed, then water should flow until the air inlet is covered, at which point it would stop.

Does that all make sense?

Yeah, my tank is in my living room, I would like it to look presentable! Im looking for the kind with the pump and float switches. I just have no idea what features or brands to look for. Thanks for the suggestion though!
