Hi I have a Fluval 204 canister in my 3 foot tank. Ive noticed over night that its blowing air bubles through the water outlet in the tank.
Not sure what causes this. Its also making noises like a washing machine. Any tips please....

I'm no expert but I use them all the time. Most likely you have some air trapped in the cannister. Tilt your cannister a bit to dirve out the air you will be fine.

Next time when you change filter medias, make sure you fill the cannister with water(treated water) and close the top. Then add some more water to top it up. You will find not only you don't have air coming out of your outlet, you don't even need to prime it any more. Otherwise, prime it witht the primer of Fluval can be a really hard thing to do.
