discus sex?

Could someone please help me with some tips on how to tell if my discus are male or female. I have 5 of varying sizes and they all seem to get on well.

Would they ever choose to mate?

I have never seen any mating behaviour or fighting apart from some meal time pecking.

do you have one dominate fish,

this is most likely a male

other wize wait and see (i think its half the fun)
