How to Feed Frozen Blood Worms?

Hello,

I just want to know how people feed their frozen blood worms to their fish?
So I've made a poll.

I notice when I defrost the block.. there is alot of liquid. I'm not too sure if it is healthy for the fish. I personally feed both to my fish (frozen/unfrozen) depending if I'm lazy or not. lol

Me too, but I know that the ideal way is to defrost them and discard the liquid, which has no nutritional value, and only adds to the pollution in your tank. :oops:

Have stop feeding blood worms to my fish, have been told by people who know what they are doing that they are as bad as black worm.I must say that my fish look better for it to.

I simply drop the frozen cube/s into the tank.
