access difficulty??

Hi, FYI a friend is having trouble accessing discus forum he has input user name and email and system has accepted everything. To date no email response to activate account. He has tried to activate via login to no avail. Cld you pls advise, user name is peter_oz.

There may be a chance that he didnt complete his email address properly, or if using msn or yahoo, the email is happily waiting in a junk folder (how dare they :P ).

I will manually activate the profile now.

ok, the profile that was on file was actually peter _oz (note the space), plus the email address was incomplete (it had a space in it as well).

I have removed the spaces, the profile is active... the password will be the same as what was originally set.
