what type of food does do u use as your STAPLE discs diet?

Mine used to blood worms till i mine got HITH now it is Diskus granuales, iam even off the tetra bits after reading an article about them..

If we can be bothered, we feed the home made beefheart mix (with garlic.. and lots of it!), if not, pretty much everything else..... Fish aren't fussy if you don't make them! We make them eat everything so they will be easy to feed when they get home with ppl. :)

personally i use beefheart homemade mix once a day with a different food source (all of the above) once a day.

i buy a frozen Beef Heart mix and feed them with it in the afternoon and colour bits in the morning and sometimes in the middle of the day if I am around
