Not sure if tank is ready to add discus

Here's the following test result so far on my tank


pH=7.0
Ammonia=0 ppm
Nitrite=0 ppm
Nitrate=10 ppm
temperature=83F

I'm unsure if it ready for the discus. My tank are fully cycle since it a establish tank already.

Sounds good.... but what is your General Hardness (GH) and Carbonate Hardness (KH) ? I would check those as well as you dont want the water to be too hard...

83F=30c ? if so, thats a good temp.

Go for it.

I would set the temp at 85F. That's just me. I set mine at 88F because most nasty things can not live over 86F.

Yes that tank would be fine for discus.

Test the pH and GH and if the hardness is too high - add in peat to soften it a little bit.
