The Marlboro reds look nice, good shape and all, and sweet catty you have there, but I must ask why are you risking putting an RTG in there?
All will be fine whilst he is a juvie, but down the track, problems may occur (i.e. Mr Dragon deserves a tank to himself).
I am not putting down your combination of tank mates, call it constructive criticism.

Its because I have asked many people and they tell me its ok for Disucs to be placed with arowanas.

ok, after doing some reading around the traps it seems that this very topic has raised more than a few eyebrows and tempers on some other sites, that wont happen here (although I must thank a few unknown people for an hour or so of laughter... there are some idiots online, and wannabe experts).
I would go against putting an Aro with Discus, however I have seen them in the same tank in the past, as well as knowing 2 people personally that do the same. Given the high value of both the Aro and the Discus as a group, longterm it would be better to have them in there own preferred biotope (dont worry I wont start on water chemistry - just yet).
I mean on one hand we have the Dragon Fish, which has a major effect in certain cultures when it comes to luck, fortune & harmony, then on the other hand we have the King of the Aquarium.
As gracious as both fish are, I feel they are wanting of there own tanks, however I understand that this isnt always an option.
Anyways, I could waffle on, but I will save you the hassle, all the fish in question are good specimens, just pesonally I would be doing things a little differently.

All of your fish are excellent! :D :D :D
My opinion......
If it were me i would have the arrowana in a tank by him or her self. I think they are a very intelligent fish that also has different food requirements than discus. :)
To make them grow very big, a diet of live crickets and healthy feeder fish would be ideal.
Also i think they look awesome in a tank by them selves.... :D
Cheers

Mango, your fish are lovely, and I especially admire the arowana. It is a beautiful specimen. Whilst some may prefer to keep the fish a little differently, at the end of the day Mango, they are your fish, and I'm sure you have done a lot of research before putting the fish together.
Now, if you ever get tired of that beautiful fish, I have a lovely 10 foot tank he could go in
