Beef Heart and Liver

It appears that it is difficult to get Beef Heart and Liver in Adelaide. Apparnetly the wholesalers prefer to ship these parts O/S due to the price they get and not supply the local market.

Has anyone been able to get these items in Adelaide and if so where from?

have you tried butchers, supermarkets etc?

or you can use pig heart which easily obtain from most chinese butchers
