although some would argue that if it is not in any pain then why shouldn't it live....

That PB's problem is not because of genetics but a bacterial attack when it was either at egg stage or a wriggler.

Such fish can breed and produce all normal offspring.

margot it would look more punkish if its fins were black ;)

hehehe it looks kinda kool but i think it should have been culled. only reason being that if the time came where the hobbyist got out of discus no one would take the poor bugger cause they wouldnt be able to pass the discus on or make money out of it.
