I'm after a Breeding Cone and an egg gouard to go with it. WHere can I find one?? Is there somewhere on line that sells them?? Or does someone have one or 2 for sale??

Just go to a Nursery and buy a tall Terracotta Planter (Bunnings have them pretty cheap).

As for the Guard, Join a piece of Gutter Guard to go around it. You will have to place something on top of it so that it doesn't float to the top of the tank - a small terracotta saucer will do the trick.
